Hi
Clare,
Just to let you know. Had a maiden voyage
with new hoop. Awesome! Worked great with
the XL6000 as it allows you to send more
than one design to the machine and just
goes on to the next one. With this Hoop........all
I did was move it, test positioning and
wham!!!!!! Loved it.

Just
a note to tell you that I got my thread
stand in and used it at a friend's house
after I got it in the mail. We both liked
it and she is ordering one. I had thread
I was ready to throw away and it comes
off of the holder like a dream and I haven't
had a knot or a break since I have used
it. I have tried several more expensive
thread holders and they broke and/or did
not handle the thread like this one does!
Thanks so very much.....Sally
Hi
Clare,
I just wanted to tell you that I have
been using your presser feet since 1992
and I LOVE them. I originally brought
them because my old Singer didn't offer
too many extra feet. I had to call your
company because I wasn't sure which adapter
to use and I spoke to you. You were very
helpful and gracious. Later, I also used
them on several models of New Home machines.
I always have great results, no matter
which machine I was using. Also very informative
was a video that you did that was available
from Clotilde. I'm really looking forward
to your newsletters. Thank you!

I
use the pearls and piping foot all the
time. I sewed lace trim with pearl inset
on my niece's vail for her wedding. It
went together sooo fast and easy. Thanks.

Thanks
for carrying such awesome products. I
use SIA on my commercial machine as well
as my home machines. SIA eliminates the
need for "Cool Sew" needles
that are required for other adhesive backed
stabilizers on my commercial machine.
The Lingerie thread is a dream for embroidery
on the home machines. It decreases the
number of bobbin changes and eliminates
the lint in the bobbin case. Clare, your
help with the various products was invaluable!
Thanks again. Anita Hohler
Hi,
Just wanted to let you know how happy
I am with my hoop. I am using it for all
my embroidery projects instead of the
one that came with my machine. The S-I-A
Sticky-Backed stablizer is a dream to
use with the new hoop.
Thanks again,

Hi
Clare:
I
tried to call you this morning to tell
you how much I love that pearls &
piping foot – your instructions
are so easy – it worked the first
time I tried it.
I
do believe it would have been harder if
I hadn’t watched the video as you
have tips on the video that are not in
the book.
I
am so impressed with you – thanks
again for being so sweet (and intelligent).

AT
LAST! CLARE~ OMG thank you a million times
over. i dunno where creative feet have
been for the past 20 years or so that
i have had a sewing machine...BUT you
helped me out today on how to use a technique...and
for the first time in years...i have actually
finished a project as i thought it out
and wanted it to come out...in about 1.5
hours...WOOHOOO~ bless you....and this
product....i have spent money on my crafts,
and making the investment in your product
and your company, has been the best spent
money to date....to think i would have
paid a sewing class to help me do what
creative feet helped me do tonite.....
im sure you know the joy of sewing and
crafting, so you understand my overexuberance....in
waiting to receive my workbook and video
soon....my nights will never be the same....lol
feel better soon.

I
would like to thank you for your assistance
with my recent order for SIA. Only one
of the sizes I had requested was available,
but you called me and the representative
was able to come up with sizes of the
product which fit my needs, even better
than my original order. I only had enough
SIA left for either a 5x7 or two 4x4 embroideries,
so I would have been very disappointed
if you had just backordered the product.
Thanks so much for your great service.

Thanks
for returning my phone call the other
day. Thanks to you I
have stitched my first design in the square
double quilters hoop for
the ULT and I am no longer afraid of the
hoop (LOL). It was a big
cross stitch design and it turned out
really great.
Are you or your mother Embird users? I
have spent the better part
of the day trying to do a custom hoop
in Embird, using the Embird
Tutorial and have had very little success.
Please take a look at the
tutorial at the link below and see if
you can tell me what it needs
to be told for the super long double wide
hoop.
http://www.embird.biz/sw/embird/tutorial/cghia.htm
I use Embird to interactively split a
lot of the really big
Embroidery Library designs - autosplit
doesn't do well on these and
have no trouble interactively splitting
for the Super L.
Played with Buzz Edit which does support
the Super Long double wide
but abandoned it because it forces me
to use the Brother pallette
for the splits which does me no good for
an Emb Lib design with a
bazillion colors. It would be impossible
to get the colors right
after splitting.
I did Sandy's cockatoo lesson and it looks
OK using the autosplit
feature of Embird. However, some of the
other designs don't do as
well with the autosplit function because
I see visible seam lines
when previewing in 3D, which is what happens
a lot because autosplit
splits it right down the center which
is not always the best way. I
would like to create the custom one so
Embird will assign
interactive splits to the proper hoop.
What I am looking for are measurements
to accomplish what Marina did
for the hoop that is in the files section.
I emailed Dusan about supporting the ULT
hoops and he said they have
no plans to do so. That was a little disappointing
so I'm trying to
figure it out by adapting what Marina
did and am getting nowhere.
Thanks for your help.

I
tried to go into the testimonials and
give one myself but was unable to get
in. So here I am giving it to you. Hope
you can put it in the correct place. Everyone
should know how helpfull you are. I met
you at a San Mateo Sew & Craft Expo
and of course I bought the package. I
have done a lot of quilting and just watching
you with all your wonderful feet and demos
I just couldn"t wait to check it
out. I played the video and it was just
wonderful to see. You went out of your
way to make sure everything was explained
and visual. Thank You
Darlene from California
So
good to see you at the Arlington, TX Martha
Pullen Market. It's always a pleasure
to see you and any now products you have.
You are an inspiration. Keep up the "GREAT"
work. Jan Sanchez

- just wanted to let you know that the
Giant R for my Janome 9000 was
worth the wait -LOVE IT!!!
Question: I want to embroider a knit material
- is the SIA that fits the
largest hoop all I need to hold it firm?
Thanks

My
workbook, vol. #1 plus the creative feet
video arrived today. How interesting! Haven't
had time to view the entire video, but find
the illustrations quite clear; information
offered is great!
I also enjoyed learning about your background
in sewing equipment.
Thanks! Marjorie Ford
Hi
Clare... Just received Creative Feet
package:) Waited all day and finally
came at 6pm.! I have just started reading
my book and just wanted to say that
I didn't expect to get teary-eyed reading
a sewing book:( Sorry about your brother
Charles. But so far I am enjoying the
book very much! I consider myself an
advanced beginner and I think having
these feet and instuctional book and
the video will help me alot! I am very
excited to get started! I want to thank
you in advance for all your help. I
also liked reading about how the feet
came about. You sound like a very caring
person and I am glad to be associated
with you! So many people these days
only care about the "ALL-MIGHTY"
dollar bill:( You seem to care about
people and I appreciate that!!! So,
with that said, I hope to be sharing
with you some wonderful projects that
I hope to be making soon!! Wish me luck!
Thanks again,
Dee
I used
your piping foot today to pipe a vest
and it was the easiest time piping ever.
I love that foot!!! I have the other
two too and I hope they are as wonderful.
Thank you!

Hi Clare,
they say patience is a virtue and I
really must cultivate it a bit more.
The order arrived two days ago and to
say I'm pleased with it is an understatement!
Thank you so much for all the time and
effort that must have gone into making
the video and the book. The video is
so motivating and the ideas just keep
coming, also I was really impressed
with the close up views of the feet
and their uses it is much better than
some other videos I've seen. The Hoop-it-all
is going to be fun and I find my time
is going much to fast so I'll have to
have some time management somewhere
along the line.
So thanks
once again and I know my sewing is going
to take a big upward curve.

The
ribbon/sequin foot works wonderfully.
Thanks

I purchased
the ribbon and sequin foot recently. What
would have normally taken me several hours
to complete, took me only a couple using
the foot. It's works wonderfully. Thank
you.
Thank
you for the fast and informative service!
I ordered creative feet on Wednesday and
had them by Friday. My first project was
welting. I used the pearls and piping
foot. It was so easy, smooth and fast.
The stitches were straight, and I had
no problem matching the raw edges. I used
a chain stitch, and after stitching the
back to the front I removed them. I was
finishing a crazy quilt pillow. I also
made a jewelry pouch with the Satinedge
foot, and the satin stitch. It looks perfect,
so easy to align the stitching. Then a
friend came over. She makes lamps. She
said, "I wish I could sew the beads,
and trims on the material for the shades".
I just smiled.
P.S. I also cleaned and oiled my machine.
Thank you.

Just
a big thank you for the super fast response
on the broken ribbon and sequin
foot that I sent to you for replacement
on 11/23 as I received the new foot on
12/01. Can't ask for much better service
than that. Also want to mention that my
serger quit working halfway thru a pair
of flannel pj's and the satin edge foot
worked great to finish them up, albeit
a little slower. Off to learn how to sew
elastic on with the ribbon and sequin
foot. Again a big thank you for fast service
and for all the creative feet.

The
beading foot has been a life saver with
this wedding gown. The wedding is next
Sat and the bride changed her mind about
some of the trim this week. It sure was
a lot easier than sewing by hand again.
Thanks and happy holidays!

I
would like to mention that I purchased
the creative feet awhile ago and as a
professional designer and seamstress I
must say that I used your pearl/piping
foot to apply pearls onto a lace strip
for decorative straps on a formal gown
for a customer and this foot is a godsend.
I buy a lot of feet and attachments, some
good, some a waste of time and money, but
creative feet never disappoint and I highly
recommend them to anyone. Personally,
I prefer the creative pearl/piping foot
to the 2 Viking piping feet I have.
Thank you and I love to have your input
on those two hoop it alls,
Sincerely,
Marilyn A. Endoh
I
just came from A Sew&Quilt Craft Expo
In Monroeville,PA. I must say that I was
impress with the demo on Creative feet.
I bought the #3 with video and I am looking
forward to getting in to it. I never thought
I would buy it, If it makes life easy
and faster I'm for it. I can't wait for
my Granddaughter to try it too. She 8yrs
old She likes to sew too I look for easy
things for her that don't take A lot of
time. Thanks again for A good product.

Hello
to everyone,
I am on the email list for Creative Feet
and I have seen several mentions of them
on various digests so I thought I would
pass along this info for those of you
that live in these areas. She just
had a GREAT turn out at the Sewing and
Craft Expo here in Phoenix a couple of
weeks ago. Also I might mention
that if any of you have the opportunity
to purchase her video you will not be
disappointed. It is one of the best
hands on videos I have ever seen.
I think it runs about 2 hours long and
she goes into great detail and the camera
is right up on the work-not a distant
type shot and not her face - just the
information that helps you use her feet
and get very creative with them.

I
bought "creative feet" years
ago and have not used them to their full
potential, but have used them on my daughters
wedding dress and veil. They installed
on my Babylock Esante II and Viking1+ equally
easy. Have upgraded to the Designer1
since (love that machine).
I
had seen these feet demonstrated at the
Cincinnati Convention Center during a
show (around) 9 years ago) by the
young lady that invented these feet.
As I was glancing through your
site, I was wondering if this was the
same person with the "decoratively
painted" sewing machine?
I went to the thread lubricant page
and low and below there it was -
I saw the sprinkles of paint on the close
up picture. I loved that idea but
don't think I can afford to do that to
my Designer baby !! <VBG>
Butch (female) in N.KY.
P.S.
have most of your products but will need
more in the future. Glad I bought
products from Clotilde Catalogue years
ago before "inflation".
:-))
Jan,
I've got a bone to pick with you. Clare
was in San Mateo (California) today at
the Sew-Quilt Expo. She had everything
there for sale. I'm holding you responsible
for that particular charge on my VISA.
I love Pearls & Piping which I got
last October for my kid's Christmas outfits.
Seeing the Satinedge and the Sequins and
Ribbons feet in action was just too much
for me. Had to get them and the workbook
and the video. Of course the invisible
thread they carry is just too cool (felt
like hair) and I had to have some of that
too. Thanks for leading me astray,
Cathi
Hi.
two things:
1. a
sewing buddy came from out of state to
visit, spent much of her time with your
set of feet, watching your video.
i ended up sending the feet home with
her as a gift. now I have none,
and need to order another set. next
friend that comes to sew, im hiding my
goodies.
you
can leave out the adapters, i dont need
them, and they would just be pitched or
worse, rattle around in my stash of sewing
stuff.
also,
somewhere either i saw or imagined that
you have/will be coming out with a pearls
and piping foot with a larger channel.
if you have them now, pitch one in for
me also.
you
have my credit card info because i have
a D1 hoop on backorder. just please
email me how much is charged to my credit
card, and when to expect receipt sort
of.
2.
any prognostication re when this hoop
will finally be available? i find
myself delaying embroidering because i
would much rather use it than the hoops
made by husqvarna.

Clare,
Just wanted to first let you know how
much I enjoy your news letters and seeing
your demonstrations at the fairs.

Hi
Clare. I have had all of your feet
for some time and use the "pearls
and piping" one the most. I
also purchased the workbook. But,
now I purchased the video throughClotilde
and it is fantastic. I am posting
the following message to some of my sewing
lists because I think they should be made
aware of this video. I had no idea
that you finally did this. I saw
you at a show once and you are terrific.
I was noticed that the "pearls and
piping foot" you showed had an adjustment
on the bar that attaches to the machine.
Mine does not. I just snap it on
and it fits perfectly. I was wondering
if maybe the reason was because the channel
now is bigger than when I purchased mine
years ago.
Also, I notice that many people were confused
about what ankle to screw on theirmachines
and I have always just snapped it onto
my Viking 1+ and Designer1. So,
I just answer people by telling them to
just snap it on and forget the ankle if
they have these two machines. Am
I correct?
"I love the special feet made by
Creative Feet. I use the "pearls
and piping" foot the most and like
it much more than the one by Viking.
It holds much bigger size cord.
I ordered the Workbook from them a long
time ago, but just never got around to
doing much with it. Now, they have
made their first video and it is almost
2 hours long.
This video is terrific. She shows
you so many ways to use ALL of the feet
that theyhave and you can do such wonderful
things with it. She covers more
than is in the Workbook and does it all
very well. She makes it look so
easy that I could hardly wait to get to
the sewing machine and try these techniques.
You can purchase it directly from her
site. I paid $29.95. I am
not affiliated in any way, just happen
to love this. Her site is www.creativefeet.com

Hello,
I have been using your feet for about
10 years, well ever since you first introduced
them at the
needlework show in Sacramento, Ca. They
are wonderful, I also have the workbook
and the video. Keep up the good work.

Hi,
Clare. I just want to thank you
for the Pearls&Piping Foot!
I never thought I would actually ENJOY
working on piping! But now I do.
In fact, when I finished the piping on
the top I am currently working on, I love
the way the foot guided over the cord
when sewing my seams - it was sooooooo
easy! You are truly a sewer's angel!
Thanks once again.Mary
HI,
Well,
I just finished watching the new video
that Creative Feet has available.
IT IS GREAT! I have used the CF
for several years but there are some ideas
there that I had not thought of.
It works in conjunction with her
workbook but I am one of those visual
kind of people and this video is a
big help. GOOD WORK CLARE!! If you
have the CF I would highly recommend
contacting your dealer and getting this
video. If you don't know of the closest
dealer you can find a list at
www.creativefeet.com then click
on "Where to Buy".

Hi
Sewing Queen,
I
agree with Suzanne. Your video is #1,
supercalafragilisticexpyaladocious.
Is that spelled right. Oh well you
get the point. I am going to be
sitting down soon and taking notes in
my book. One suggestion, it should
come with a small tv/vcr and eight hours
of personal hands on lessons from none
other than the Sewing Queen Herself. But,
until then we will just have to
hang at your show. God bless you
and you do deserve an award for this one.
ByeP.S.
I do not mind getting responses from others.
Bye again
Lynne Coleman
Hi
Clare,
Thanks
for responding. I did try to help her
out and she sent me a thank you
as well. I hope she gives you a call.
I am almost through with watching the
video tape and girl it is FABULOUS!!!
The close ups are EXCELLENT! Your calm
voice is so easy to listen to and makes
it sound like anybody can do this. That
helps to make it less intimidating
for us scardy cats who are afraid to let
our spirits fly. I love the way
you have each thing in its timed sequence
so if you need to get to a certain subject
in a section you know exactly where it
is. I am so impressed with this
video. I don't know where and how people
win awards for videos but you should
win one for this one. I guessyou
can't tell how excited I am about it?
Keep up your good work. I know God will
continue to bless your talents and
give you more wonderful ideas. Thanks
for all the input you've already given
me. I appreciate your time and attention.
Keep on Keeping on!
