Bernina brand sewing machines require (1) Bernina "Low Shank Adapter" to attach our low shank snap-on adapter to your sewing machine. This adapter turns your sewing machine into a low shank machine and allows you to use Creative Feet and other brands of low shank feet.

Bernina Bernette models do not require and adapter.
Bernina 300 and 330 machines do not require an adapter.

There are 2 different types of Bernina adapters.
